Ripple yoga is hosting Summer Zoom Subscription! Each session is recorded for your viewing for unlimited 7 day viewing and practicing from the 20th of July thru the 21st of August:
One Live weekly Monday Class where you can join me live starting Monday 20th of July. 6:30 am Mountain Standard Time/2:30 pm Florence Time. This class will be recorded if you cannot make it in person and sent to you. 75 minute classes.
Session 2 (Thursday Release): A premium 45-minute pre-recorded session focused purely on breathwork techniques, guided meditations, and a deeper relaxation will take you into your weekend. This video recording will be sent to your inbox.
Can’t make it live? No problem! Every Monday class includes a 7-day recorded replay sent straight to your inbox. Practice on your schedule, even from the beach!
